Maximums describe the listed steel profiles. PFIFZ, wind-rated systems and different cladding combinations require their own dimensions and load checks.

Bring your colour ideas to us and compare a physical sample alongside your home’s finishes. We’ll confirm availability for your door size, profile, manufacturing location and installation, including any surcharge. Screens, lighting, timber-look patterns and weathering can affect appearance, so an exact match to another building product cannot be guaranteed.

Natural-Look and Sheer Panel are Icon collections. They are not listed as finishes for the standard Panelift range.

Windows, insulation and installation options

BAL-MazeAvailable on specified sectional configurations for a tested BAL-40 installation. Select the tested combination with your installer.
Tapered bottomHinged taper options suit some sloping floors. Panelift Nullarbor is restricted to woodgrain/no windows in the technical guide.

These windows suit the specified steel configurations. Windows are excluded from Knotwood/Timber-Look and insulated combinations, and from Natural-Look Nullarbor. We’ll confirm your glazing, local manufacture and chosen finish before you order.

Allow room for tracks and the opener

We’ll measure both your opening and the space around it before confirming the door size. Door width includes overlap, so it differs from the clear opening you drive through. Your chosen finish, wind rating and opener also need to suit the complete installation.

Headroom depends on cable drums, brackets and track arrangement. The reduced 180/200/220 mm figures in the Panelift guide relate to small-curve quick-closer configurations, not a generic large-curve track. Use Panelift’s installation table or Icon’s table for the selected base door.

Wind and bushfire requirements

Tell us your assessed site requirements before selecting a door. Storm-Shield and the listed Windpanel configurations require their project-specific documentation. BAL-Maze is a tested sectional-door sealing arrangement; it is not a fireproof coating or a generic seal that gives every door a BAL rating.

Maximum area and weight are separate limits and both must be met. The door must be balanced and the actual equipment/version confirmed. Peak force is not a continuous lifting allowance.

Warranty and care

Warranty cover follows the model and application. Our eligible residential Total Confidence package requires a matching B&D door and opener purchased in the same transaction, installation by B&D or a B&D Representative, registration and the specified servicing. The time or cycle limit ends cover when either is reached first. Springs, seals, lifting cables and opener accessories have separate component terms.
