Compare the three commercial ranges

RangeApplications to discussSpecification decisions
Commercial roller doorsStorage, warehouses, kiosks and shopfront openings.Series/model, curtain material, size, wind configuration, guides, locking and frequency of use.
Commercial sectional doorsParking, shopping centres and commercial openings with suitable overhead space.Panel and infill design, reinforcement, track lift, glazing/ventilation, weight and motor.
Commercial shuttersShopfronts, carparks, larger industrial openings and applications needing shutter-specific construction.Steel, aluminium, grille or clear-view construction; visibility, ventilation, slat size, drive and operating duty.

Match the door to daily operation

Ask for the door, operator, controls and protective devices to be specified together. A maximum door area or peak motor force is not a cycles-per-hour rating. We confirm the exact model and operating duty for your site.

Choose construction and access options

Compare steel and aluminium constructions, sizes and finishes across our product pages. Choose a closed curtain for your needs, or a configuration that provides ventilation or visibility. We’ll check window, perforation, taper and wind-rated options together before confirming your door.

A sectional door needs overhead tracks; a roller door or shutter needs room for its roll or barrel. We confirm the bracket, guide, shaft and motor clearances from the selected drawing. Reinforcement and fixing requirements change with size and substrate.

Plan controls and safety together

We’ll look at how people and vehicles approach your opening, then match the controls and protective devices to your operator. Beam quantity, monitored inputs, emergency-stop functions and access-control connections vary by configuration and will be specified for your site.

Ask how the system behaves during a power failure, how authorised staff operate it manually, and how lost transmitters or departing employees’ access will be managed.

Warranty and maintenance for commercial use

Your commercial installation has different warranty terms from our residential packages. We’ll confirm the cover for your supply arrangement, including any differences between our terms and the operator manufacturer’s package. Keep the model, commissioned settings, installation records and service schedule with the site.
