ToughPanel is a robust sectional door engineered for heavy-duty industrial and commercial applications. Its design allows for integration of windows and insulation within individual panels, enhancing functionality and customisation. Constructed with galvanised hinges and hangers, the ToughPanel offers superior strength and corrosion resistance.



Each door is custom made to order, ensuring a precise fit for specific requirements. Additional features include, high-cycle springs suitable for frequent use and options for tapered configurations to accommodate sloping floors.



The ToughPanel is available in an extensive range of COLORBOND colours with woodgrain and smooth textured finishes available to enhance the aesthetics of the site.

• Galvanised hinges and hangers provide the door with durability, resistance to corrosion and additional strength.
• Each door is custom made to order.
• Panels manufactured from 0.6mm roll formed steel
• Wheels have ball bearings for a smoother and more durable operation.
• The springs of the B&D Tough Panel are designed to comply with the Australian Standard of 20,000 cycles.
• Rolled edges (instead of raw steel edges) on stiles, horizontal panel edges and reinforcing provides enhanced safety.
• High cycle springs: for frequently used applications such as car parks and loading bay doors
