Track and lifting configurations

We select the lifting system around roof geometry, clear height, services and the area that must remain free for vehicles or equipment. These are engineered alternatives, not parts to interchange after installation.

Plan your installation space

Track arrangementHeadroom and side-room guidance
Standard headroomTypically 365–390 mm according to height/width; 465–490 mm with the industrial opener in the table. Recommended side room: 100 mm each side.
Low headroomTypically 190–200 mm; 290–300 mm with the industrial opener. Recommended side room: 155 mm up to 15 m², or 195 mm over 15 m².

Use these dimensions to plan your space, then have us confirm the drawing for your height, width and equipment. Each lifting configuration needs its own installation and clear-opening check.

Commercial specification, warranty and servicing

We size commercial systems around the opening, daily and peak operating cycles, environment, access control and safety needs. Tell us about forklifts, delivery vehicles, public access and shift patterns. Maximum area alone does not establish suitability. The door, motor, controls and protective devices must be specified as a complete installation.

Have a qualified technician set the inspection and service schedule for actual use. Keep tracks and access areas clear, check wear and damage, and stop use after an impact or a safety fault. Do not adjust springs, chain drives or electrical controls without the appropriate training.

Our Toughpanel door warranty is one year. We’ll confirm the door, motor and separate component cover on your order; residential ten-year packages do not apply. The linked technical brochure dates from 2017, so your current quote and approved installation detail will confirm the final supply specification.
