Opener manuals. Find your model.
Your opener’s model and version are the best place to start. We keep sectional, roller and discontinued opener manuals separate so you can find the controls and instructions that match your garage.

Check the label, not just the appearance
- Check the model and version on the product label. A door’s name and an opener’s name are different identifiers.
- Match any accessory kit number and the manual’s document number before starting. Similar-looking controls can use different procedures.
- Read the full safety instructions, installation requirements and commissioning checks in the matching manual.
- If the label is missing or the controls do not match the guide, ask us to identify the product before making adjustments.
A similar case or remote does not establish compatibility. Keep the opener model, remote type, accessory version and installation date together when you ask us for help.
Operation or installation?
Our installation instructions are intended for professional garage door installers. Door springs, cables, brackets and opener adjustments need the right training and equipment. For everyday operation, start with our quick operation guides or owner manuals.
For operating controls and manual release, use the matching quick operation guide. For a fault or a door that is hard to move, book a repair.
