The 60% duty rating needs to suit your working day. We’ll assess door mass, travel, ambient conditions and your operating schedule to confirm the right setup. It is not a continuous-duty rating or a fixed number of cycles per hour.

Axess Pro 3100: specify the variant

The 3100 range has power and control variants. The written specification should name the actual operator and console rather than simply “Axess Pro”. Compare the motor’s permitted load and operating duty with the shutter, then check limit setup, safety inputs and emergency/manual operation. View the full 3100 specifications.

Control access without assuming compatibility

Tell us how you want to manage access. We’ll confirm the transmitter type and memory, wall or logic console and external inputs for your operator. App and access-control support depend on the controller: Hiro needs a hub suited to its generation, and the Toro specification linked here does not include smartphone control.

We’ll itemise the beam quantity, wired or wireless compatibility and monitored functions for your selected operator, so you can see exactly what your safety setup includes.

Prepare for the site assessment

Ask for the door, operator, controls and protective devices to be specified together. A maximum door area or peak motor force is not a cycles-per-hour rating. We confirm the exact model and operating duty for your site.

Commercial warranty and servicing

The current B&D general table lists Hiro at 2 years/10,000 cycles, Toro at 2 years/5,000 cycles and Axess Pro 3100 at 5 years/10,000 cycles, whichever comes first. Component cover is separate.

Our published Axess Pro 1505 warranty periods conflict. Our November 2025 general warranty table lists five years or 10,000 cycles, whichever occurs first. The August 2025 Automatic Technology specification lists two years or 5,000 cycles, while our main Axess Pro 1505 product page states two years or 10,000 cycles.

These are conflicting published terms, not selectable warranty options. We cannot determine the applicable period from these documents alone. Ask us to confirm the warranty applying to your supplied model and installation in writing with your quote, and keep those terms with your purchase records.

Residential ten-year package headlines do not establish commercial cover. Record usage and follow the selected operator’s service and operating limits.
