Start with the product and the project
- Check the model and version on the product label. A door’s name and an opener’s name are different identifiers.
- Match any accessory kit number and the manual’s document number before starting. Similar-looking controls can use different procedures.
- Read the full safety instructions, installation requirements and commissioning checks in the matching manual.
- If the label is missing or the controls do not match the guide, ask us to identify the product before making adjustments.
For a new project, have the opening size, available headroom and sideroom, supporting structure and intended use ready. If wind or bushfire requirements apply, include the project’s assessment and location so we can help select the correct system and supporting documents.
