Substrate fixing details. Plan the support behind the door.

Use our fixing and noggin details alongside the installation manual for your door. The supporting structure, door type and fixing arrangement need to be considered together.

Choose the drawing for the installation

Sectional doors have separate head, ceiling and flushmount noggin details. Rolling-door documents distinguish Series 1, Series 2 and Series 3. Flex-A-Door, tilt doors and Roll-A-Shutter have their own details.

Check that the proposed structure and fixing locations match the drawing for your system. These details do not replace assessment of the actual substrate or project-specific structural requirements; your installer and project designer need to confirm those before work begins.
